The Sacred Power of Devotion: A Journey of Healing and Creation

It’s hard to believe that just five years ago, the process to write Devotion: The Power to Create began. This project has not only marked a pivotal moment in my life but also promises to bring profound value to yours.

The creation of this book has been both exhilarating and deeply sacred — marked by divine guidance, unexpected realizations, and transformative insights.

A Pivotal Question That Changed Everything

Nearly five years ago, during a period of intense daily meditations and interactions with the Light Council — divine beings who have profoundly shaped my spiritual path — I faced a pivotal moment. I asked a question that would change everything:

“What is the greatest gift I can bring to the planet?”

The answer was unexpected — devotion.

Like many of you, I had believed my greatest gift lay in my talents — in singing, art, or other creative pursuits. Yet the Light Council invited me to look deeper, challenging me to explore devotion as the most powerful creative force I had ever encountered.

At first, I resisted. “Why not singing or art?” I wondered. But the deeper I explored, the clearer it became.

The Hidden Power of Devotion

As I delved deeper with the Light Council’s guidance, I realized something profound:

The true creative power I had been honing all my life wasn’t just about intention, mindfulness, or even manifesting my desires. It was about devotion — the current of energy behind my focus.

I began to see how devotion is not only the key to creation — it’s the key to healing as well.

Wherever we pour our devotional energy — whether into love, resentment, compassion, or fear — that energy expands and shapes our reality.

This realization shifted something within me. I began to see that devotion isn’t just about what we feel deeply drawn to — it’s also about where we invest our attention, our thoughts, and our love.

Devotion as a Healing Force in Relationships

This understanding had a profound impact on my relationships.

I realized that when I poured my energy into frustration or disappointment — even unconsciously — I was feeding those energies. But when I intentionally chose to devote my energy toward understanding, forgiveness, and love, something incredible happened.

My relationships softened.
Conversations that once felt strained became easier.
Old wounds began to heal — not because I forced them to, but because my devotional energy had shifted.

I realized that devotion isn’t just about what we love — it’s about what we’re consistently feeding with our focus.

Where Is Your Devotion Flowing?

If you've felt tension in a relationship — with a partner, a friend, or even yourself — I invite you to pause and reflect:

✨ Where is your energy flowing in that connection?
✨ Are you unconsciously feeding frustration, resentment, or fear?
✨ What might shift if you devoted yourself instead to seeing that person through the eyes of compassion — or if you directed your energy toward peace rather than conflict?

The power of devotion is that it expands what we choose to focus on. When we shift our focus toward understanding, forgiveness, or love — healing naturally follows.

Bringing the Divine to You

In my upcoming book, Devotion: The Power to Create, I share wisdom from 21 divine beings who explore devotion as the force that creates, transforms, and heals. Their insights reveal how conscious devotion can uplift relationships, reshape your inner world, and align your path with higher love.

I’m excited to announce that Devotion: The Power to Create will be released this April!

An Invitation to Reflect

In the coming week, I invite you to try this simple practice:

💫 Choose one relationship that’s been feeling strained or stagnant.
💫 Pause and ask yourself: What energy am I devoting to this connection?
💫 Then, for just a few moments each day, consciously devote your energy to seeing that person in their highest light — sending love, peace, or understanding their way.

Notice what shifts — not only in them, but in you.

Devotion is always at work in our lives — the question is, where are you directing it?

With love and devotion,
Shanti
